History of Glengarnock
Glengarnock was formed in 1994, Based in Kilbirnie, Scotland. It was mainly manufacturing boys trousers for the schoolwear market along with gents golf trousers. It diversified into producing garments for the countrywear sector in 1998, having found that the golfwear market was already saturated with mass produced branded items and the directors decided that they needed to be in niche markets. The schoolwear that it produces is sold throughout the United Kingdom and a large percentage of it is for school uniforms for the well established independent schools such as Eton College, Harrow, Hill House and numerous others. 65% of it's turnover is in schoolwear whilst the other 35% is made up of countrywear.
